Alicante Golf

Alicante Golf Course On the outskirts of Alicante City close to the 7km San Juan beach is a modern 18 hole golf course designed by Seve and opened in 1998.
Incorporating lakes and artificial rivers into the design has increased the difficulty rating of the course which has a par of 72, with six par 3's, six par 4's and six par 5's. It is a gentle course to walk around and its flatness increases the visibility.

Whilst it is a spacious course with waters hazards and the out-of-bounds it increases in difficulty as it goes on. The greens are ample and straightforward, defended by strategically located bunkers however all the holes can be easily seen.

Club hire, caddie/cart hire, golf lessons, practice ground, café, restaurant, Pro shop and children's playground.

Of the four course we played in April 2010 we preferred Alicante Golf , we found it in good condition six par 3, 6 par 4 and 6 par 5 holes seemed the easiest of the 4 courses .

Recently played by bob and Alasdair from Scotland this golf course is in great condition and they enjoyed a great day there,the sun was shining the only hazard were the swans!!
