… at Haciendo del Alamo Golf Resort. This golf course is superb and was designed by Dave Thomas and son Paul and only opened its doors in 2004. They were given a huge blank canvas of land to work with in order to create their own personal vision of a superior golf course. Also they had no restrictions in the way in which they designed their dream golf course. (How lucky is that?).
I was fortunate enough to play the course on Thursday 8th of January and I would say its a great test of golf for all handicap levels. The course from the White tees measures 6,724 and there are many fantastic holes. I will be doing a review of this course within the next week or two – so watch this space.
This truly is a 5 Star golf resort,with the new hotel to be completed by the end of summer 2009.
