Approximately five years ago the owners of the best kept golf course in the area, Alicante Golf, decided the greens were to be redesigned to make the course more of a challenge and the task of keeping of them in pristine condition easier. This was a brave decision bearing in mind most golfers who played the course thought the greens were already superb,and at a cost of over one million euros this was indeed a courageous and a judgment that has proved to be a great investment for the future.

A demanding but fair course that is not over long but places an emphasis on playing smart thinking golf and not one that can be over powered by the big hitters.
