More from 140th British Open

Tom Watson has his first hole in one in a British Open at the short par 3- 6th hole measuring 167 yards, its his 14th hole in one in his long golden career.
Tom hits the 7th green with a drive and 5 iron second shot to secure a birdie and to go to one under par for the tournament. Looks like Tom will make the final two days play at only 2 over par.
He is playing with the young English amateur Tom Lewis who is still at 3 under after 8 holes and looking good.
Update Tom Lewis finishes with bogeys at 17 and 18 to finish one under par for the tournament.
Its nice to see Darren Clarke back on form as he returns yet another solid 2 under par 68 to keep him well in contention at 4 under and leader in the clubhouse.
It looks like this 140th Open is hotting up and its only day two, with many players of all ages showing us mere mortals how to play this great game of golf.
We look forward to the third round and hope the weather stays dry but with a nice stiff sea breeze.
