Well done Darren winning the 140th British Open
We are now onto Sunday the 17th of July and the final round of the 140th Open is well under way, with some great golf being played.
In particular by Darren Clarke, he looks cool, calm and collected and is play some great golf at seven under par after 14 with Phil Mickelson out in 30, hard on his heels but his putting stroke is looking rather shaky.
Darren may have hit the lucky winning second shot on the 9th hole where he got a lucky bounce over the bunkers short of the green to leave him with an easy par.
All great winner need some luck out on the course in these wild conditions.

The 140th British Open Championship is well under way now with a great opening round of 65 by Thomas Bjorn who only knew he was playing on Monday night.

Sitting waiting for Rory to do his stuff at the British Open we were a little dismayed to see him miss his five foot putt for a par on the opening hole.
