What is the booking procedure?
Your enquiry for a quote is calculated and emailed to you. Once you accept the quote, we require all your flight details if you require airport transfers. If the tee time you requested is available, we will book it for you, many courses endeavour to offer the next available time which we will advise you of this change and then you can make the decision to reserve or change. Once your flight details,accommodation ( if required), transport ( if required), tee times have been confirmed we send you an itinerary to check all the information is accurate. Please print this and bring with you .
How do I make a booking?
Please look at the website and pick the golf courses you would prefer to play,choose how many rounds you would like then for a quote please fill in the enquiry form on the quote page and send it to us.
When do I pay for my golf booking?
Normally we take a 10€ per person deposit and then when we arrange to either pick you up at the airport or a designated meeting place the balance of the payment is collected then. see our Terms & Conditions for further information regarding payment.
If I book as a party of two or three golfers am I guaranteed to play without strangers?
Golf courses do not guarantee your tee time is exclusive to you, unless you are booking in four balls. However generally 3 ball bookings do not have extra persons joining on to your tee time.
What happens if the golf course is closed because of inclement weather conditions?
If the course is closed because of rain etc... we will endeavour to arrange another golf course for you as we have a wide spread of courses for example: whilst it maybe raining at Las Ramblas it maybe dry at Mosa Trajectum or La Marquesa. If we are unable to do this we will refund your green fees for that course less an administration fee of 10€ per person.
Is the golf tee time I request guaranteed?
There are no guarantees of the tee times until the golf club confirms to us. We will confirm all of this on your itinerary.
What if the course is undergoing maintenance?
We are regularly in touch with the courses and most are very good at informing us in advance of any maintenance,so we can advise the golfers of alternative courses. However it is possible that you may have booked a course and then we are advised that they are going to close the course for maintenance. In this event we will contact you and you can have the option of changing the course originally booked. We cannot guarantee golf courses will always be in perfect condition and there has to be an air of understanding that conditions can vary due to weather conditions, a lot of rain or as in the case of sunnier climates like the Costa Blanca water shortages can affect the fairways but green keepers normally keep the greens in very good condition. Our success depends on your enjoyment of the golfing experience so it in our best interest to keep a close eye on the course conditions and make recommendations of where and when to play.
How far ahead do I need to book to get good tee times?
This might vary from course to course and on the time of year. We recommend to book your golf and avoid disappointment give us at least a few months in advance in high season. Please send your quote form from the said page and we will let you know. If you wish to make additional bookings when you arrive,just contact one of us and we will try and get a tee time for you at the course of your choice or offer an alternative.
When do I get my golf trip booking itinerary?
For confirmation of a golf trip and to enable us to confirm all the services to you, we require your flight number and arrival and departure airport with times. Then when we have all this we can confirm your booking when all the courses,hotels,transport have confirmed to us.This will be sent by email to you.If you are booking golf only we will also send the itinerary by email in advance of your arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations without a penalty up until 30 days before the first day of your reservation unless indicated differently. For more specific information, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I don’t show up at the golf course?
No Shows; it is the responsibility of the player to be on the tee ready to play at the time specified. Failure to do so may result in course officials refusing to let players onto the course, they are under no obligation to allocate a new starting time or refund the green fee.
What if I only book golf and forget my voucher?
The voucher we give you is proof of your booking. Failure to present a valid voucher makes it difficult for courses to confirm that you have a booking and are not obliged to let you play.However as we are contactable in the area you could call us and we could speak to the golf course on your behalf.
